Roberts Angus has been raising registered Black Angus cattle for over 30 years starting as a partnership between Stacey and his late father, Donald when they decided to expand their commercial herd. Now passing onto a 3rd generation Stacey's daughter, Lindsey, and her husband, Luke, have joined the family farming and cattle operations. Using modern day advances with old time values, we breed to the industry's top sires with careful selection of our own bulls and through use of AI technology.
Our focus has always been on raising cattle that are low maintenance with calving ease and explosive growth. Our goal is to achieve big, long, stretchy bulls that will add thickness, volume and muscle while leaving moderate, high-producing, broody females. We are located in north-central North Dakota, and invite you to stop by our ranch anytime to view the cattle!
We also operate a 4th generation small grain farm with over 75 years of continuous family ownership working this land. Raising a variety of crops including; wheat, durum, canola, soybeans, peas, and corn. We bleed green, running John Deere equipment and supporting our NDSU Bison!
